This New American Town represents the cornerstone of Baltimore County?s master plan for bringing new energy to Baltimore?s east side. WaterView broke ground In January of 2002 with a waiting list of more than 100 potential buyers eager to get in on the ground floor of what has become the area?s best address. Now completely sold out, this community of 175 single-family homes started selling off the blueprints beginning in the $170,000 range.
